Glow Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE GLOW REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE GLOW REWARDS PROGRAM.
You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the Glow Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at canadiandermatology.com.
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Canadian Dermatology Centre reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Glow Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to canadiandermatology.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Glow Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Glow Rewards.
ABOUT GLOW REWARDS
Glow Rewards is one way in which the Canadian Dermatology Centre endeavours to reward and thank loyal patients for patronizing our business and purchasing our skincare products. Glow Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate “Glow “Points that can be redeemed for discounts.
JOINING GLOW REWARDS
To join Glow Rewards, visit us in person or visit the following link. You will be required to provide the following information: First and last name, mobile number.
EnrolEARNING GLOW POINTS
The discounts that are available to you through Glow Rewards are based on the number of Glow Points that you earn. You can earn Glow Points by purchasing eligible treatments or skincare products at the Canadian Dermatology Centre in person or online.
RETURNS
Your Glow Point balance may be impacted by returns as follows: If you void a purchase or return a product, the Canadian Dermatology Centre will deduct the Glow Points that you earned for that purchase.
GLOW POINT EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise noted, Glow Points have no expiry.
REDEEMING STARS FOR REWARDS
Glow Points may be redeemed for discounts at the Canadian Dermatology Centre in person or online. Please note that the Canadian Dermatology Centre may adjust the rewards system at any time in its sole discretion.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW
There are no participation or membership fees associated with Glow Rewards. Glow Points accrued in connection with Glow Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The discounts can only be used towards purchases of treatments and skincare products on your next visit to the Canadian Dermatology Centre. In addition, your redemption of Glow Points accrued in connection with Glow Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by the Canadian Dermatology Centre.
Your Glow Points and Glow Rewards account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose.
Without notice to you, the Canadian Dermatology Centre reserves the right to suspend any Glow Rewards program registered to your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Glow Rewards program if you have violated these Terms of Use or if the use of your Glow Rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. The Canadian Dermatology Centre may suspend, cancel or combine Glow Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Glow Rewards is terminated, all accrued Glow Points in your account are void.
The Canadian Dermatology Centre reserves the right to change or modify Glow Rewards or any part of the Glow Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
